Reservations and Cancellations

A $250 non-refundable down payment is charged when you reserve and is applied to your rental total. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the rental are charged the full rental amount. Returning the car early or using it for fewer hours or days than reserved does not qualify for a refund. Holidays, special orders, long-term rentals, special events, and circumstances beyond our control may have different terms, at our discretion.

Pickup and Delivery

Pick up your car at our showroom at no charge, or we'll deliver it to the location of your choice for an additional fee and pick it up when your rental ends. Please be available during a 3-hour delivery window.

Fuel

Cars are released with at least three-quarters of a tank. Return the car with the same fuel level, using 93 octane or higher. Unreplaced fuel is charged at $50 per quarter tank.

Charges That May Be Billed to Your Deposit

Additional miles at the vehicle's per-mile rate; smoking in the vehicle, $500 plus the cost of repairing any stains or burns; police or impound recovery, $1,000 plus towing, impound fees, and tickets; urgent transportation dispatch, $500 plus costs; tickets, plus a 20% processing fee; and tolls, extra days, loss of use, repairs, storage, and transportation as invoiced.

Damage and Loss of Use

The renter pays for any damage that occurs during the rental. The renter also pays our published daily rate for each day the car can't be rented while it's being repaired. Damage is charged to the card on file once we have a repair estimate.

Prohibited Uses

Only authorized drivers may drive the car. No smoking, no drinking and driving, no excessive speeding, no racing or track driving, no unpaved roads, and no towing or being towed. Cars may not leave the state without our written approval. We may remotely disable and recover any vehicle if the rental agreement is broken.

Photo, Video, and Film Productions

Any commercial photo, video, or film use must be disclosed before the rental, with production insurance that names the vehicle and its VIN. Undisclosed production use will result in the car being recovered and a fee equal to one rental day, in addition to the rental charges.

Tickets and Tolls

The renter is responsible for all parking tickets, traffic and speeding violations, tolls, towing, and impound costs incurred during the rental.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Cash, cashier's checks, and wire transfers are accepted in some cases, but a credit card must be on file for the security deposit. Returned checks are charged a $250 fee.

Rates may change without notice. All rentals are subject to applicable local taxes.
